stiff shoe, not soft. good support, if thats what you are looking for. feels a bit like a trail shoe. i prefer a bit softer, but still good.

Great shoes! Fit is accurate but if your foot is even a little wide I recommend wide width. There not overly wide. Very comfortable.

In the past Ive always worn regular running shoes. These are the first trail running shoes Ive tried. Im happy with the fit and support of these. The color isnt as wild as a lot of the other running shoes, which Im happy about. Overall a great shoe.
